-0 This place does not deserve a star, but a negative, if possible (Google, not everywhere deserves a STAR). I would of not stayed here past the encounter I had at check-in. Which my company paid for 5 Days/4 Nights & I had no other option of choosing a place to stay. I was staying for work. Terrible, as I read the 1 star and negative reviews, and they ARE SPOT ON! When I came to check-in I had to wait at counter, as I heard a TV behind a door, behind the counter on volume 100. A female came out of the door finally and sure did it seem like I was bothering her to check-in, nothing polite, extremely disrespectful, slight argumentative @ anything & nothing, 1 word questions/answers, the look of the DEVIL. I could tell by her body language that she was not found of White People, as she is indian, and I would go all the way to say she IS racist, which is ashame. Extremely disorganized, as she could not even program my hotel room door card. I tried to joke, to lighten the mood, but all I got was a death stare. Only thing I asked for was a room where I could directly see my truck, by looking out of the window, & none smoking also. I was assured that my room would be in the front row, so I could watch my truck. Come to find out that my room was on the side of the building, nowhere near the front line. There was maybe 2 other guests staying there. I checked to see if there was a lined parking spot in front of my room, which there was not, checked for a fire lane, was not, and finally I checked to see if there was any No Parking signs, again was not. So, I figured that she gave me the room on the side on purpose. But, me being a polite nice guy I just wanted to confirm that it was what she did. Tired, I ask if the mentioned above was correct. Again I get the death stare as if I was a inconvenience. @ 1530. She tries to tell me that my room was on the front row, so I ask for the devil to come outside and look at what I was talking about. She counts the front row of rooms & tells me the room is on the end. I politely say no. She counts again, which there is only 6 rooms in front, but says number 7 is the corner room. I didn't want to argue. So I just ask, if I was allowed to park in front of my room and I mentioned the above things I checked out. She tells me, that I should park in 1 of the parking spaces out front. I tell her that I wouldn't be able to watch my truck through the window, so I didn't have to get dressed every time I wanted to look at it. I ask since there is no one staying in the front to move me to 1 of the 6 rooms, as I did tell her at check-in of my desires. Well she blew a nut (sure needed 1), I have never been so poorly talked to, disrespected, and yelled at, at a hotel and a place of business. Its not like I was being disrespectful, poorly talking to her, as I was being polite as can be through it all. She tried to tell me that I was wrong I could see my truck from the window, and she was not going to argue with me(?). I asked again to be moved, but with a quick sturn NO. Yelling, she told me just to park where I wanted to, and the (like I was frightened) hotel manager will be in tomorrow. Which I thought to myself, great! I would be able to explain the situation to the manager, as I thought customer service would be number 1 priority. But sure was I wrong. I come back to the hotel the next day after work, to see a skinny fellow waving his arms, yelling at me. I explain. He tells me NO PARK THERE, POINTS park there. I ask to be moved. Language barrier w/ more yelling & waving. He goes to the lady from before, w/the death stare yelling, she tells me she called my BOSS (?)on me hah. At that point I'm tired & getting nowhere so I walk away. She is yelling, if you park there again you won't be able to stay tomorrow & she will throw my belongings out of the room. I tell my company that I can't be responsible. On check-out, I get a WHAT? from MNGR, told him I'm leaving, Tells me he knows. I say WTF are you asking for & give me a receipt. Hes lucky there was a counter & safety glass. MORIAL OF STORY DO NOT STAY HERE!
