This hotel was absolutely perfect for a quick ski getaway! Friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds and very centrally located to ski resorts, restaurants and other area attractions! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was simply because of the room doors leading outside. They could also benefit greatly from adding a hot tub...that would have been great after skiing all day. All in all, it was a great economical hotel!

The customer service here is phenomenal. Our car broke down on our way home from a vacation in Seven Devils. We made it to this Best Western but with 4 hungry kids, no car, and no delivery places. The girls up front are so sweet and helpful. The manager, Shannon, even offered to go pick up food for us. We are so grateful for her kindness. She asked if we needed anything else, I jokingly said "a huge bottle of wine!!" She said "white or red" then handed us a bottle of wine!! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and even though we are in a hotel room with four kids under the age of seven, at least they aren't hangry anymore!

This hotel was not fancy at all, but decent for the proximity to the resorts. The room we had was ground level with access from the parking lot. We were able to park very close to the room which was convenient for luggage. The room was plain, but adequate for the short stay. The included breakfast had coffee, juice, cereals, breads, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Mary was working in the dining room and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The lounge was very nice and cozy with a great fire place. Customer service was helpful. The room was clean and decent. There was floor instead of carpet which felt weird but i guess if people are coming in with wet skis and clothes, floor is a good option. We had a mini frig and microwave. The bed and pillows had feathers in them... it was ok. Breakfast was decent and Mary was extremely hospitable. Be sure to tip her. Our stay was short. I would come again but I'd try another place too. I would recommend. Its a good price for what you get and the location is great.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The owner was so kind. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very satisfying. This is our yearly winter lodging from now on.
