This was a delightful experience! We stayed here for the weekend along with a lot of other people here for my daughter's wedding. The staff went out of their way to help us with all sorts of things. the free breakfast was really delicious and had something for everyone. The waffles were the best I've ever eaten! The rooms were clean and our beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was good and cold. I would stay here again happily and I highly recommend The Best Western North East Inn!

Checked in late night, friendly front desk girl. First impression of the building was modern and clean. My room was fresh and clean, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Plenty of vending machines if that's important to you. Stayed at other hotels in this area and this is as nice as the most expensive one, for considetably less money I will make this my first choice next time I'm in town. Giving 4 stars only because I'm not staying long enough to review everything they have to offer.

Very happy with room and service provided while there. Clean, comfortable, and great price. Friendly and accommodating staff. 2 minor flaws. The hot tub was out of order, but the nice lady at front desk did tell me before card authorization. Also their pool doesn't open til 9 am. Was looking forward to 7am dip to wake up. Otherwise, great.

One of our favorite clients in the entertainment industry is a comedian named Bill Boronkay, this funny man gets around and most recently stayed here while performing near by. He loved the room (his had the whirlpool tub), and the free breakfast in the morning was top-notch. Friendly staff and close to the casino helped make this stay one of his favorite and he can't wait to stay again!

I needed a place for an overnight (traveling from NJ to VA) at night. The location was perfect and my experiences with Best Western's have always been great (not going to spend a ton for a 7 hour stay)-just want a clean, comfortable room, shower and I'm on my way. This Best Western delivered that and more. The room was spacious (great if I was staying longer, but nice even for an overnight). Most important as soon as I walked in, I could see the attention to detail by the cleaning staff, so I could relax right away. Everything was quiet and comfortable, so I was able to get a great night's sleep, get up early and take advantage of the fitness room. Nice to be able to do a little weight work in addition to cardio. Breakfast was well stocked throughout and that's pretty much it, I was on my way. I would like to say one thing about the staff (even though I was in & out so quick). I had an issue with my navigation app, which surprisingly sent me 30 minutes out of the way (yes, I entered the address correctly). I called the hotel (realized the tax service business I was sitting in front of wasn't a Best Western). The associate gave me directions, talked me in a bit and we shared a good laugh when I finally got there. Knowing I was pretty tired, she got me checked in quickly. It was just what I needed. If I come through the area again, I'll stay at this Best Western again.
