Things started off great when arriving to check in as I was handed a chocolate chip cookie. The room was nice and clean and the bed was firm. The location was perfect for walking all around downtown Portland and not requiring a car to get around. The AC also worked great as the room was nice and cold and comfortable to sleep in. Staff is also great, highly recommended!

Our stay was pleasant. The room was very nice. This is our first time to Portland, and would stay here again. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Portland. Thank you.

Place was clean and right next to train station. Complementary hot breakfast was actually decent, unlike most free breakfast. Rooms were big, but dated. Bed was comfy; they even had different softness pillows so you can find the one on the bed that suits you. Staff was polite. Location is close to trains and a reasonable walk to bars and restaurants downtown. Great View of Mount Hood not even one block away.

Everything about this place is great. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The food at the restaurant is cheap for downtown Portland and very good. Free continental breakfast was a nice touch. Having a MAX station right outside makes getting around the city easy. The best part is the price! Best value in downtown bar none. Next time we come to the city we'll definitely be staying again.

Economic hotel that offers good value for the price. The location is convenient and the price is low. Good place for meetings or small conferences. It is a bit dated and could use some renovations, but as I said the price is right and you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.
