Love the property! It's beautiful! Rooms were decent. Need some cosmetic work as there was holes in the bathroom (not a big deal). Water pressure in 2 different rooms we stayed in were not good. The pool was not heated but we are from the south so maybe it was just us? My girls are 5,3, and 1 and couldn't swim long because it was too cold. But our overall stay was nice!

Very nice and clean. Pretty hotel in the country. Has a front porch and back patio with grill. The indoor pool was nice. Beautiful view of a pond with fountain. Enjoyed watching the swan and geese. Staff were very nice.

20 minutes east of Waterloo, we found this very nice Best Western. It was very clean and rooms were generous. We will stay here again because it was just as nice as hotels in Waterloo and less expensive. Nice breakfast also, with fresh fruit for waffle topping,

Excellent accommodations here and beautiful surroundings of a meadow and pond. Easy access. Clean rooms. Full offering of breakfast items well worth the price of the overnight stay.

Comfortable stay at this Best Western. Trying to update in some areas of the hotel so there was adjustments to our travel plans. We had to have breakfast at a local restaurant.
