The room itself was very nice, the entire hotel was very quiet, but there had recently been a major leak and the hallways and lobby looked awful. They let us know all of this up front, which is definitely appreciated, and were willing to accept cancellations for free if we decided we weren't comfortable staying there when we arrived. The hotel was practically empty, less than ten rooms occupied I would say, and therefore very quiet and comfortable. This place is pet friendly, but there is a $50 pet fee. The location is pretty easy to find once off the highway and gets delivery food from quite a few places!

Had the perfect customer service ever. Melanie was great she make us feel like home, she help us to get the room that we wanted plus some folding beds. Her goal was to make sure we had a really good sleep after a long drive. Thank you Melanie hope to se you again. Place was great in a really good area. Room wasn't too clean behind the bed was a lot of dust. FREE breakfast and indoor pool.

This was rough to say the least. We arrived to a hotel that had no less than 25 fans and five dehumidifiers running.  Plastic covering the floor, wallpaper falling off, carpet torn up, holes on the ceiling, just a mess!!! They had a water line break and failed to call people that were coming to let them know that the hotel was on shambles. The first night, the pool was closed. I had no access to my room after 3 failed attempts at getting in... 3 different set of keys made... I had to get someone from the front desk to get in for the rest of the night.
Shawna worked her self like crazy trying to help everyone, she was amazing! It's to bad she had little to no control of the wreck she'd been left to deal with. Ashley did give $30 off each night we stayed, however it was $110 per night still... when in reality it was not worth $49/night!

Pet fee was almost half the cost of the stay. When charging such a ridiculous cleaning fee you expect to have a clean room. Room was dated and in need of repairs thoughout. Carpets left black dirt on socks as you walked around. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and very welcoming during my late night check-in. She even welcomed my pet with a biscuit.

Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved (footprints on the floor). Fair amount of noise from hallway, outside, adjacent rooms.
