This BW in McCall has an outstanding staff, one of the most professional and mature in town, particularly within the larger hotel chains in town. And I’ve stayed at most of them. The hotel is in excellent condition. Pool, hot tub and sauna are in excellent condition. Breakfast is good and the omelette chef personalizes breakfast. The workout room has been updated and has the necessities to get a good workout in during your stay. The lobby is spacious and comfortable for groups to mingle as well. The rooms are comfortable and the frig and microwave appliances are very convenient. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, very clean. Pool and spa clean, plenty of towels at the pool. Tea and coffee available all day. Breakfast was by far the best I have ever had at a hotel. Easy walking into town and the lake.

The Best Western in McCall is the place to stay! The hotel entrance was full of Christmas spirit and the decorations made you feel at home and comfortable. The room was very neat and clean with white bedding. Internet service, dry sauna, jacuzzi pool, swimming pool, fitness center, and breakfast were all included in the stay. All of these services were very enjoyable (especially the dry sauna) and made a great winter vacation! I highly recommend the Best Western in McCall.

Great hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly, helpful and really cares about the guests and hotel. We love staying here.

Terrible! The staff, doesn’t care about customer experiences. They booked me for the wrong day, and when I tried to cancel the original trip (within the cancelation window) they said they needed to charge me for the first night because that was outside the 48hour cancelation window. Funny, because i didn’t originally book that night in the first place. Mistakes happen, and when I explained there must have been a reservation error, I was told “well you got an email confirmation and you should have checked it.” Essentially this became my fault because I didn’t check an email?? Wow. Ultimately they charged me trot the night i didn’t book and gave me a “credit” for the same amount for a future stay (through feb 2018). Funny though, my original room fee was $185 and I was changed $212. ~$30 in taxes seems high... the GM also offered points but didn’t actually award me any. I’ll never stay there again. In fact, for anyone considering a stay in the area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHORE LODGE. The facility is beautiful, they are dog friendly and similarly priced (which is awesome because they have higher end amenities, spa and restaurants). I am a loyal BW customer but the hotel in McCall lost my business forever.
