Very friendly staff helped us throughout our stay. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and clean. Decor (faux fireplace) was a bit dated in the room, but hallways seemed recently renovated. Pool was nice and warm which made for a relaxing swim with kids, hot tub was warm but not very hot. We are breakfast at the hotel restaurant and while our server was very friendly, the food was average and the kids waffle seemed like a toasted frozen waffle, not homemade.

The room was large and had everything we wanted. Staff were friendly and efficient. Only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of the pool, bar or restaurant so can't really comment, but we enjoyed our stay. It's like a 15 minutes to walk down into the centre of town. Stratford is beautiful.

It is a nightmare for people who have dust allergies. I had to take anthistamonics every single day of my stay, and despite that, I could barely breathe. I had a very dirty room, with stains everywhere. The windows are dirty, the coffee machine, stains in the bed skirt, in the bath tube... it is a filthy hotel. Despite all that, the staff deserve a 5 star. They are very nice and helpful. It is just the cleanliness that is terrible.

Nice beds, rooms at a comfortable temperature, and clean washrooms. Very nice stay. We have stayed there before and most likely will stay there again.

After the HUGE debocal with credit cards and deposits at check in, the tv wasn't working and no one seemed to pressed to fix it. They ran out of the food we ordered but didn't know it till after we ordered. The pillows and the bed was nice but not worth the issues the front desk caused.
