Stayed for 1 night! Had no complaints really, bed and pillows very comfortable which is important to me.  Plenty of towels and they didn't feel like cardboard.  Reception staff very helpful and courteous!  Had breakfast next day and it was good.  Would definitely stay again.

Check in was smooth and easy. Had room on 21st floor and had a nice view. Room was comfortable but didn't spend much time there only too sleep. Bed was very high and comfy. Bathroom was nothing special but was clean and somewhat updated. We had parking in the parking garage extra 15 a night and our key didn't work when we were leaving and had to get a new one. This seemed to be an issue as I watched 4 other cars have issues trying to leave. Other than that was a good location downtown. Would stay again.

Nice room convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable and didn't look worn down. The one caution I will give is if you like a soft mattress ask for a topper as the mattress is quite firm. Wasn't a problem for me though.

The venue was fantastic for a formal event that I was attending. The staff were incredibly friendly, service was excellent and the grand ballroom is just stunning. The only downside to my experience was the lack of organization of their coat check area. It took me 20 minutes to get my coat at the end of the evening since they had assigned the wrong number to my jacket and did not believe me when I pointed out my jacket to them. Thankfully I was given my jacket when another worker came back and believed me that it was in fact my jacket. Overall, a great place and I would return for more events in the future.

Good location. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Access to lobby with key card only at night so it's secure. Right downtown. Rooms are pretty standard. Didn't use the gym or pool so can't comment.
