The room was very clean and pretty. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom looked lovely. The staff was really nice and pleasant. The only problem was that the payment wasn't the easiest. The hotel apparently doesn't take the total cost of the stay at check in so we were kind of confused about that but we were able to sort it out and understand it better so it was OK now. All in all a comfortable and really nice stay for the most part!

One of the worst hotels I've been in. Employees and hotel policy are not trustworthy. I've called in advance to make sure there would be no fees for receiving packages: when I arrived, they had charged me $10/day. TOTAL ACCOUNT OF $150! Be aware!

Booked 3 nights, started out on the second floor. Could not get sleep until after 2am. The guests in the next room were having a big loud fight. Complaining at the lobby did not stop them. No other room available. Next day put in official complaint. Got another room on a different floor. Good neighbors this time... Also complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is simple but good (they have a pancake maker :)) Rooms are spacious and have a comfortable bed. The airconditioning is very loud, and right next to the bed, blowing in your face on warm nights. Location is so-so (seems beaten by storm Irma). Close to the airport (max 15 minute drive) friendly staff.

Stayed there on airline voucher after missed connection. Arrived at 9:45 and Restaurant closed at 10, so couldn't eat there. One of 2 elevators out of order, and working one slows. Rooms were nice and well apointed , with a separate sitting area and couch. This was a better upgraded room compared to basic level hotels. Bed very comfortable, and room was quiet on a Friday night in Coral Gables. An annoyance was that the bedside alarm clock had a broken display.

The hotel is very cozy and great quality. Rooms are excellent and have microwave and coffee makers. IMHO Towels should be replaced, because some of'em are kinda worn out. As a business traveler i understand that Miami has been swiped by Irma hurricane (September 2017) and this disrupts many services. However i'm sad to report that Breakfast Buffet opening hours are not being respected. Usually it's supposed to open 7:30 am local time and usually delays up to 30 minutes. Keep that in mind before getting to the lobby to have breakfast.
