The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I was not impressed with how finicky the outlets were to the point I worried for my electronics. The breakfast ran out both days we were there. That was frustrating.

Me and my family stayed here one night. It was a great experience. Great place to stop and have fun if u are traveling. Great breakfast, rooms, and water park area. The only thing I would say to work on it the helpfulness and greeting from the front desk worker. But other than that great price for everything that you get!! I would love to stay again!

My husband and I stayed here while commuting to Mayo Clinic. We needed to stay longer than originally thought. While we couldn't keep the room we originally checked into, we were moved to a new room without any hassles. In fact we were allowed to move to the new room the night before originally first thought because we would be leaving for Mayo at 6 am that next morning. We were exhausted and the thought of packing at 5 am and unpacking after a long day at Mayo was not at all appealing. When I asked if moving rooms the evening before was possible, Sandy was able to accommodate the request without hesitation. She and her staff, (Kelly) have been so understanding and have gone above and beyond to help make our situation easier. I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was delicious and with a good variety of food choices.

The hotel had nice, clean rooms and the water park was also of high quality--great for kids. The location is immediately beside the Black River, and is very scenic. The hotel has a mini golf course, which was a little run down, but playable. The staff was courteous and checking in/out was quick and simple.

 I've stayed at this place for 4 years. This place is incredible. They have; an indoor tropical themed water park, a mini golf course, and a sand volley ball court.  Not to mention they are right on the back river.  Fully equipped with a tiki bar and a private boat slip.  Reasonably priced and staff is beyond compare.
