The staff could not have been better. The room was upscale and very comfortable. They even knew my dog's name each time we brought him through the lobby. Our dog was welcome in the parlour where we were able to have excellent food and cocktails.

Fantastic hotel, restaurant, and bar. First hotel in a while that felt super unique. I love the historical elements from the old chocolate factory. 

Also, special thanks to the two rambunctious children running around the bar last night, climbing and opening the wine cabinets, bumping into people's tables, and yelling. Then the added hallway racing and screaming this morning too! You helped push off the baby decision for my wife and I by several years at least.

One of my favorite places to go in La Crosse. The rooftop patio is perfect. Drinks are a bit more expensive, but you're paying for the experience. Would highly recommend it! It's also dog friendly!

Outstanding service and the food here was out off this world. Best cheese curds I've ever had and the steak frites were Amazing. They went above and beyond for our stay!

Excellent place for cocktails. Bartenders are skilled and friendly and although the menu is short, the liquor selection has depth. A great place to try a new drink or explore some of the products of smaller distilleries.
