Great stay and would stay again! The hotel was clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. All room amenities were stocked and readily available. The breakfast left a little to be desired: no bagels or english muffins offered, jelly selection generic, eggs and ham slices were overcooked, gravy was gelatinous, milk wasn't cold, and no whipped cream for my waffle :(

While traveling to or from Mazatlan the Best Western in Navajo is a convenient stop of you only want to drive 6 hours or so.  It is a dog friendly hotel and has an on-site restaurant.  Recently the lobby has been remodeled.  If you are traveling with your four legged companion ask for a unit on the back section, it's quieter and has an area for your dog to sniff around.  Also the beer is always ice cold.

We stayed in three different hotels in just this past month. This was the best sleep we experienced! The rooms were clean and so comfortable. Check in was a breeze, we booked 5 minutes before arriving. We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite just for being rewards members. Breakfast was amazing. They offered a complimentary  breakfast, with everything you'd expect plus biscuits and gravy! The staff was friendly and we will definitely stay here again, as we pass through here yearly. Thank you again.

The Best Western Sonora Inn and Suites is my favorite hotel to stay at whenever I vist Nogales, Sonora. The rooms are INCREDIBLE! They are super big and are always clean. The breakfast area is very large and has a lot of tables to accomodate guests. The staff is always on point and manning the front desk. I am considering switching from Marriott to Best Western if all their hotels are this nice. Easy 5 starts. Zero complaints.

I was in town for a funeral. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff very knowledgeable and compassionate. Very happy we chose this hotel and will stay with them in the future for any family event. Very happy with my stay and the staff.
