I've spent years of my life in hotels, and none I can think of was worse than this one, where I spent a week.

The toilet stopped up every day, without regard to what was put into it. Rather than fix it they offered to provide me with a plunger. It is obvious that they knew the toilet was a problem when they rented the room.

Annoyingly, they charge $3/day for Internet. When I took the room I was told that I could have it for free if I promised to give the hotel a top rating when the company sent me an email. This bribe is apparently routine, so all positive reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. I accepted the free Internet deal, but it turned out that I was to get only one free day out of my week. After I griped I was very reluctantly extended more nights, but the access codes were very unreliable, sometimes working less than an hour.

The maids were friendly.

Customer service was exceptional! Rooms could have more amenities, and pool was ice-cold. Otherwise fine.

The manager was fantastic. The staff in general was great. I felt the room could have been cleaned a little more. The floor had these needles all over the place from cactuses. Other than that. It was awesome there. Nice combination of restaurants in the area. Gas station next door. The staff is very friendly and will be more than happy to give you directions where anything is.

Manager/owner(?) and his associates there have excellent customer service! That’s its only saving grace, however. Pool was ice-cold, old CRT tv, none of the usuals such as free WiFi, in-room fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. But it was clean and the bed wasn’t bad. But for only $50 you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a cheap place with truck parking, clean bed n hot shower it’ll suit you fine. 4 stars is me being very generous due to exceptional customer service...

Hello, 

On Saturday 4/28/18 my two sons and I stayed in room 126 at your Nogales, AZ location on Mariposa Street. I had a very hard time sleeping, the guest above us were very loud. We could hear their footsteps all night and early into the morning. I also had a very hard time going to sleep because I was very itchy. I thought I may have had an allergic reaction to the detergent used to wash the sheets and blankets but last night after constant itching all day, I found a few very small and dark bugs in my hair. I have irritation on the back of my neck, back and chest area and I constantly feel something crawling on my scalp. I've compared what I've found to pictures on the internet and I believe what I've been in contact with are fleas. I am truly disgusted and I will NEVER return to a Motel 6 again and I will be sure to leave negative reviews on as many internet sites as possible.
