We had a floor level accessible double room. Room was nice and clean. Lamp on night stand and plug outlets did not work. Shower head looked like it had been broken but was recently replaced with a plastic handheld one that did not match the cradle fitted in the shower. You needed to hold it the whole time you showered. Breakfast was good, service was good. Unfortunately, there seemed to only be one person serving at the front desk and serving breakfast. It's probably more like a three person job. She did it all well and with a smile, but the hotel was pretty full. There should have been more staff available. Would stay here again. It has actually improved since the last time we stayed here a few years ago.

We stay frequently when attending Cardinal games. We choose this BW because of the rates, the nearby restaurants and shopping, and the relatively close drive to the downtown area. It is an easy on/off the interstate, also. The continental breakfast is usually enjoyable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. Most rooms have been recently remodeled.

The room appeared clean at first, but upon further inspection we noticed stains on the one of the mattresses and some of the bedding, as well as hair in the shower.  Our room also was lacking a do not disturb sign and after asking multiple people at the front desk on three separate occasions we still never received one.  They also promised to take us off of the list for housekeeping but didn't.  Unfortunately housekeeping started cleaning rooms before 9 am and went about it pretty loudly.

We didn't realize until we got there that they have pet friendly rooms, which was a negative for us because other guests did not always attend to their dogs.  Early one morning there was a dog barking for almost 20 minutes straight. The hallway often smelled strongly of smoke despite the hotel supposedly being smoke free.

Breakfast was fine, and they do have coffee available all day.  The other bonus was the location of the hotel.  Most of the attractions we went to in St. Louis were 20 minutes away at most.  We also can't complain about the price, and it would have been fine for just one night, especially if you are an early riser, but it was not a good fit for us staying multiple nights in a row.

This was a great place to stay with my kids. Friendly Staff, clean room's . Fresh baked cookies from Dwayne yummmmmm. This Hotel went beyond just being a business they cared enough to make sure everything was what we expected and more.

Jacuzzi tub in suite was awesome. Nice furnishings. The breakfast was really good. Loud guests, but that's hardly the hotels fault. Bed was super squeaky and coffee maker was broken. We would stay again.
