STRATFORD INN HOTEL

Story

We are located right off Highway 44 in Fenton. We have both daily and weekly rates available. Our standard rooms have full size bed(s), microwaves, refrigerators, cable t.v, and free wifi. The newly remodeled rooms offer a queen or king size bed(s) along with cable t.v and free wifi. For our weekly guests, we offer housekeeping twice a week at no additional cost. As always, we do not charge extra for towels, linens, facial tissue or toilet paper. If you have any questions at all please give us a call at 636-343-5757 ext 0 to reach the front desk.

Went there to rent one of their weekly rate rooms. Said they didn't have none available. That's ok. How about just a regular room and I'll pay by the night. They don't know if they have any rooms available... You don't know if you have rooms available??? So they take my number and say they'll call me back next day. I'm now calling them the next day at 4:15pm. Say, I wanted to see if I could get a room for tomorrow. I'm sorry sir but all our weekly rooms are booked. Yes I know, you told me that yesterday. I'll just take a regular room at the daily rate. I'm sorry but I don't know if we have any available. I'll have to call you back, I have a long line of people wanting to check in... How do you not know if you have rooms available for rent or not and your the one in charge of renting them out? Are they all booked? No? Then you have rooms available. Are they all booked? Yes? Then you have none available. I just don't understand...

Very affordable and the staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and don't stink. I was pleasantly surprised.

This place was very loud and i did not feel safe with having two door to the room from the hall and outside. The outside door anly locked with a latch that was not installed properly. Lock your car up when you are here.

It was horrible. The rooms were nasty people loitering in the lobby hallways. Bed covered in plastic and and very uncomfortable. I felt so unsafe that I left in the middle of the night. Employees were rude

Could be nicer if the would paint and change the carpet. Also they need to reopen the bar and grill. I think that would bring in more business.
