Worst take out experience I've ever had...I got yelled at and he put his hands in my face upon trying to return my food .. I ordered teriyaki chicken and rice. Once I got it home and opened it up it looked horrible.. very over cooked chicken breast which you could tell was frozen not fresh, with freezer burnt vegetables(according to previous reviews I am not the only person with this issue). I don't normally take food back but I am tired of get ripped off.  It was seriously the worst Chinese  food I've ever had and I only tasted one piece of the chicken (which I spit out). When I went to return it I was very polite and explained I wasn't satisfied with my meal and hadn't eaten any.. I had my reciept and asked for a refund..he then asked what was wrong.  I didn't want to be rude so I said Once again to please just give me my money back.. he then said it was his money and he cooked it and I had to eat it ..once he raised his voice and put his hands in my face,  I told him he wasn't going to treat me like that and he could keep the food and my money.. never again..the only reason I went there is cause my regular Chinese place was closed.. I will definitely take my business back to panda house by rouses..better food and they treat their customers with respect...

Love this Chinese restaurant one of the best in town ,the staff is very sweet ,cute little place ,very fast service ,Cooks to order and prices are amazing and generous portions!!

I made a mistake and did not read the reviews before ordering. I just moved here and was looking for a local chinese delivery joint. Unfortunately, the food was awful. I ordered hibachi chicken and fried rice and kung pao chicken. Veggies tasted as if they had gone bad. Peanuts had that old, cardboard/cabinet flavor. Rice was stale and not flavored. Egg rolls were mushy so I did not even swallow my bite. The only thing that was good was the cream cheese wonton. It did get delivered quickly and was hot. Too bad it was not good enough to eat.

Thank you for heating up this frozen meal!  Food lacked flavor!!  I never use soy sauce (basically just salt) on any Asian food but this food was cooked with zero seasoning and I had to pour soy sauce all over it just to get some flavor in it.  The peas & carrots in my rice were freezer burnt.  The peas were white from the freezer burn and the carrots tasted freezer burnt.  The orange chicken was very bland and also tasted a hint of freezer burnt.  I do not know how they have a 4.0 rating and its definitely not the best Asian (Chinese) food around.  The people were friendly and the food came out quick (but that's what a microwave does) so if you're on a budget and have very low expectations you will like this place.  I expectation of Asian (Chinese) food is much higher so I won't be returning.
