Ordered a dinner box 2 medium pizzas and a brownie. Decided to pick up cause wait was long for delivery. Friend picked it up they ensured him was the whole order and upon arriving home we did not have the brownie now as you know the brownies are 7 dollars....They argued with me that I didn't have a brownie until he pulled up the online order and said They didn't transpose it right when fuffiling the order.  They refused to bring me the brownie (we are in delivery area) and so i had to go pick it up because of their mistake. As I'm pulling into the store and halfway in my parking spot a delivery driver whips out in reverse with wheel turned and had I not stopped he would have clipped me. He put the car in reverse i had about 3 foot left yo go to park and he slammed the gas. I'm not at all pleased with this level of customer service and will not spending my money here. 
After going into the store and talking with the manager on duty he did apologize and credited our account for the inconvenience with both the driver and the brownie issue. After he presented very apologetic and not wanting to lose us as customers I feel that they did go above expectations of correcting the mistake. We will give them another chance I cannot give 5 stars to someone who did mess up at first but I will change my rating from a 1 to a 3.5 (forces me to go 4) as they do want to keep their customers and I feel that at least for a while they will be more attentative

They have gotten my order wrong in one way or another each time I have ordered (either forgotten toppings or forgotten to bring something I ordered). Tonight (8pm January 13th 2018) I gave it another shot and ordered online. 

Right after ordering I called into the store and kindly explained that my order had been wrong a few times and I was just calling in to ask if they could please pay special attention to get my order right this time. The female who answered the phone replied with a long sighful "Okaaaayyyyyy...." and said nothing else. So I said "okay thank you so much!" and ended the call. 

I still haven't received my order but regardless I thought I should leave this review to bring attention to the owner about their employee's "whatever" attitude. I hope I can change this review in the future although it will be a while before I try ordering from here again.

Pizza was overcooked. It was a thin crust, the outer crust was so crisply it was    not eatable
