This company has serviced my vehicles for close to 20 years. I have always been satisfied with their quality of work . They are fair and honest, this is difficult to come by. Very qualified staff of technicians. They know their business. I trust them with the safety of my vehicles. And if they can't do it they will recommend someone who can. I have recommended them to many of my friends through out the years . They as well have been very satisfied.

They aren't the most refined place, but they are friendly, prompt, and reasonable. My father took every single car that was purchased in my family for the last 10 years there for service and repair.

AVOID!! You go to Beste with one problem and it leaves with another! Took our truck in with a coolant leak (which appeared when they worked on the truck previously, but it's not related) and they fixed a manifold leak. Now the radiator's busted a couple days later. And it's still not related. When I dropped the truck off they said, "leave the keys on the desk" and didn't even have a service writer to take care of me. I was waiting on the vehicle, but that didn't seem to matter. There was no one to talk to as far as how the repairs were going. Don't bother calling, they don't answer their phone either. I don't understand how these folks stay in business.

I have been using Beste Automotive for many years and totally satisfied. I have recommend them to everyone I know. Beste Automotive is a 5 Star Company!! Jim Tighe
