Had body work done here through Geico after backing into a pole and damaging the lift gate on my Rav4.  I also had damage to the side of my vehicle and front wheel well.  They did a beautiful job of restoring my vehicle to like new status.  I was shocked at how good lit looked.  They buffed out scratches and replaced all the trim.  The inside was detailed so nicely.  My Rav4 is my dog mobile, so it is usually pretty dirty inside.  My SUV looked and smelled brand new inside and out when I got it back.  Only took 5 days to complete all repairs.  They contacted me and kept me updated every step of the way.  SDR went above and beyond my expectations!

Geoff  - pleasure to work with each step he would keep me posted I never had to wonder or guess what stage my car was at once the car was completed I was notified.  Took my car in  Monday morning and picked it up by Thrusday.  Robbin was a joy to communicate with as well, makes a big difference when the people you have to deal with are a polite and have a sense of humor. I highly recommend them.   Car looks great:)

Took my car here after visiting Geico next door to file a claim on Friday. They were able to fix up my vehicle by Monday. This is a great one stop shop with a lovely atmosphere. Robin at the front desk is extremely helpful and positive. Geoff was also willing to work with me and get me my car before I had to leave town. They even care after you pay them and we're willing to do a follow up visit with me when something else went wrong. Can't recommend this collision center enough.

I could not imagine a scenario where I would choose any other collision center over SDR. The situation with my insurance company going back and forth with the other was frustrating to say the least, but I would go through it all again for the care I received at SDR. Robbin at the front desk was PHENOMENAL!!! She worked with both insurance companies to ensure that my vehicle would be ready to pick up without difficulty. As a college student, my upfront deductible was no chump change and paying it upon short notice after my insurance said I wouldn't need to left me in tears. Robbin was able to assist in making sure that I had a worry free experience and that I was able to pick up my gorgeously repaired "baby" without any difficulty to me. 

As for Edson, he is what made this experience worth while. I brought my car in with damage to the back bumper and a trunk that was damaged so badly I was unable to close it. The repairs were done quickly and without any problems. Edson had also worked with the other insurance to ensure that I would not have to pay my deductible and that I could drive away happy. AND I DID. I had come in with previous scratches and scuffs. I picked up my car fully repaired, clean beyond belief (I think cleaner than when I purchased it), and all those scrapes were GONE. They even bagged up all my change for me and left in the center console. My car was so neat and organized. It really was the cherry on top! My family has been a loyal customer of a collision center in Maryland, but I will no longer be returning as SDR is my new trusted repair center!!! Thank you guys so much!
