I have had nothing, but excellent service from this office. When our house had water damage, they were always there for us and supported us when we had trouble with the contractor.  Beth Weaver was very knowledgeable about the different policies and what would work for us. If we left a message, we always got a call back.

I f you must use State Farm go with the other agent in town. He isn't aloof and can actually answer questions not just sell you. Norwood people are better too
