This is an embarrassment of an insurance company. If you call in the early am, they open at 10:00, you may get a call back after 5:00 pm. I was speaking to the receptionist about a false bill issue. She said something that I did not understand, so I asked her to repeat it. She hung up on me. I tried calling back, but they would not answer the phone. 
If you want to lose hair and worry yourself about your insurance with no help from the agency. Then you are in the right place.
