Flowers were beautiful but the service sucked I was told I'd be the first delivery of the day and my flowers would be delivered at 1030 and they were not delivered to almost 2pm. How can you plan something special and romantic if you can't stick to your word. I will never use your establishment ever again

Ordered from Bethani's and for reasons that we're not their fault, the flowers were not delivered on the instructed date. However, the staff called me right away and solved the problem the next morning! The flowers were ultimately delivered to my neices school and she felt very special that day! Would definitely order from Bethani's again!

A order was placed for a garden dish, spoke to an employee about the delivery and address was given, this person knew who the arrangement was going to. Three days later, no delivery to date! Called Bethani's to find out why the arrangement was never delivered. The reason was given, they do not deliver to a certain AREA in West Virginia!!! I wish I would of been told this the day I called to place the order.
