We came here with our Honda due to a recall. Not only did they replace the parts, but they ordered more parts covered by a recall. And did a free inspection! Great place to be.

Save your time and headache. Buy and fix your car here. John, the manager of the service department has taken great care of us when it came to getting a newly purchased used car fixed, better then the dealership we bought our vehicle from. He seemed to take more responsibility then the selling dealership. When we're ready for our next vehicle, we'll be going there!!!

The best place in town to get a vehicle!! Hands down, the best service when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. We just purchased our second vehicle here at Betten Honda and we couldn't be any happier with the customer service. Tony Alcala worked very hard to get us what we wanted, vehicle and all!! Adam in the financing department was also awesome to work with. Will definitely be going back in the future for our vehicle needs.

I told them:  Actually, it was the lack of Betten Baker's ability to work with me.  I explained what I was looking for, it didn't appear that anyone cared to even seek or understand what I wanted.  Instead, I specifically explained as a parent, that I was looking for a decent used car for my son-a first time driver.  What I ended up doing was going to Hudsonville and I purchased a 2009 VW Jetta with 71,000 miles for $XXXX out the door (you're welcome to call them and ask if need be). They were courtesous, respectful and followed thru with my request.

I live in the area and as time goes, so will my vehicles.  Eventually we will be buying another vehicle and I'll be checking back with you and your dealership.  I think what would make Betten Baker more successful in the future is not have a salesperson so quick in attempting to make a "quick" and "easy" sale and instead, do some leg-work and understand what the customer wants.
