My check engine light has been coming on and my Jeep has  refused to start sporadically over the past 2 weeks  As everyone knows you are only able to get an error code when the check engine light is on. So while I was in Muskegon today the Jeep acted up and I immediately went to Preferred Chrysler. The Service Tech I saw was Sarah. Because I did not have an appointment she would not run a check to see what the error code was. I explained I didn't need service I just need a to know what the error code was so we could try to uncover the problem. Again she refused. She did offer to schedule an appointment for another day but the check engine light could be off by that so really that was no help to me at all.  I went to the Midas down the road and while I did not have an appointment and they were busy they asked if I could wait 5 minutes and they promptly ran a code for me and sent me on my way. I could not be more disappointed with the service I received from Sarah ar Preferred Chrysler today.

I bought a  jeep when it was storming out and had the worst experience the terrible salesperson i had never stated that the vehicle was in a accident.  I was told that they would take care of the problem and they didn't.  I get a call from the terrible salesperson and he says i have to pay $850. to get it fixed.  I will be getting a lawyer and getting them under the lemon law if I wanted a jeep that was in a accident I would have went to the junk yard.  Im tired of the rudeness.   I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN.  I COULD HAVE WENT TO THE JUNK YARD AND SAVED MONEY.  BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS DEALER THEY ARE DISHONEST.  I tried to talk to general manager he wont answer calls or call back.

Sorry to say, but the worst customer service I’ve ever ever experienced taking my vehicle in to be serviced.  I had a 9:00am appt because the Bluetooth just stopped working and I was told it would take hours before they would look at it. I definitely would not recommend.

Have had issues with my vehicle nonstop. Started off with my door handle to my drivers side being broken so I was unable to get out of my car. Then my engine ended up going, so it had to get replaced. After that my brakes and rotors weren't good at all. Now my battery is having issues keeping a charge. Seems everytime I get something fixed another thing is wrong with it. All in all. Wish I found a better place to go.

The worst NEW car buying experience anyone can think of. BEWARE of DEALER STICKERS that WILL RUIN your car! Would never buy another car from them or let them repair it. They think razor blade is ok on car paint! Imagine what else they think is good while your car is in repair? Had more problems with this new car then any old car I ever had. General Manager Jim is a real smooth talker and will make you believe he is on your side but there has to be a reason why all of his employees are incompetent. Qualified people wont help you to run a scam business. Sales person was not professional, delivery of a car was like dropping off piece of s***, they couldn't get paperwork correctly but I could of lived with all of that if they didn't destroy our property! They put their dealer sticker on our 30k brand new shiny car like we paid 100 bucks for it. Any person who knows ANYTHING about car paint would never put anything on it. When asked to remove it professionally they sent some a guy to rip it off with his nails and pictures attached - these are SCRATCHES on our paint. Sure he paid for the repairs but end of story - we paid for a NEW Car and ended up with refurbished one that already gone through multiple paint jobs and will never be factory new. At this point Jim is avoiding my emails or calls. Time to take it up higher!
