The lady  I spoke with on the phone was very, very helpful.  She took her time and gave me all kinds of ideas and suggestions on what to do and what not to do.  I felt like I was talking to a friend.  She really made me feel very comfortable and she reiterated to call back if I had any other questions.

Terrible cruddy work.

There were many issues and problems to go through.

We were lied to by the salesperson who was fired the next day, although if we hadnt called we would not have been told.

We were not told that the new windows would leave much carpentry work to be done after installation. 

They  did fix all issues with wrong windows but the carpentry was left unfinished but the windows are lousy 

This is $8000 I am sorry I spent. If incould I would want my 50 year old windows back. Personally find another company to install your replacement windows.

BBB refuses to publish correct business information and instead published a completely false address for our business.  I've told them repeatedly that they have our business address wrong, but they continue to list it that way.  I've told them that if they don't believe the address I give them, they should check with the Secretary of State, but they won't do that.  They also note on their website that all of the mail that they've tried to send to our business has been returned.  If you send mail to an address that doesn't exist, it will be returned.  I don't trust the BBB.

Edited 5/2/17: Now the BBB has different information listed on their website which still does not match what is listed with the Secretary of State.  The least scrupulous company is the BBB and they don't accept complaints against themselves.

Edited 9/8/17: For several months after my previous update, the BBB listed my home address on their website as our business address.  I called to ask them to remove it several times to no avail.  They continued to list my home address and somehow they were in all day meetings with no one answering the phone every time I called.  They don't return calls either.  

Finally, someone made a complaint against a different company in Georgia which the Indianapolis BBB so posted as if it were against our company.  They sent letters to my home asking why the business hadn't responded to the complaint and when I told them it wasn't against my company (the company name and location were in the review) they asked me if I could give them contact information for the company that it was against.  I couldn't.  I told them again that they had our home address listed and since it is a service based business that goes to customer sites, we didn't have an address for them to list and to remove it or I would have to take legal action.  They finally removed our home address from their website, but then changed our business telephone number to the number of the Georgia business from the review.  I alerted them to their error, but who knows if it has been changed.

Somehow, there are still people who trust the BBB, but I'm not one of them.

If you own a business and were thinking of joining the BBB, I suggest that you do not do that.  I was a BBB member for 5 years with an A rating.  No reviews were ever posted on their website for my business and I cannot point to a single client that EVER came my way through them.  And when you discontinue an unproductive membership, they change your business rating to an F.  Do yourself a favour and stick with Google. My Google rating is a 5;  their Google rating is a 2.5.  My next call is to the Attorney General's Office.
