Story

In 1985, Gerry Gilliatte launched a general contracting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana "on a shoestring budget and a prayer." His work ethic and ability to bring all the trades under one roof led to consistent growth over the following decades. Today, Gilliatte General Contractors is a multi-million dollar corporation with a proven ability to deliver quality and economy in even the most challenging markets.

As Gilliatte continues to champion diversity, we also continue to focus on the quality of our product. Our team of construction professionals consistently achieves the highest level of client satisfaction due, in large part, to thorough knowledge of the construction process.

Mission

At some point, a construction dream is put on paper; with all of the specifications that make it unique: brainstorming, architectural drawings, and finally, budget figures. Gilliatte analyzes all the aspects that go onto the paper, never forgetting the dream – and then delivers each project with unsurpassed attention to details.
