I appreciate any paid company that will assist with getting me prepared for my AMP test to become a real estate agent however we all are adults, not children in grade school and un-like children, adults have lives outside of trying to accomplish getting licesend to become a realtor. I feel certain rules pertaining to the pre license course with this school is a bit unfitting for adults. They will try to accommodate with your success but my issue is that if you are guggling life issues period while trying to take this course, they will disenroll you without warning if life happens to you. If you miss more than two days or equal to 12 hrs... you're done ! They say you can make up hours but what's the point if you can make up hours but they won't allow you to if it's over 12 ?. Someone may have immediate death in their family, someone may experience an accident, family issues that can't be resolved within 12 to 14 hours of class time missed. When an "adult" pay their hard earned money to attend a course of study, they should be given the opportunity to make up hours without being dropped when unforseen event's happen. If you think life untimely circumstances may happen to you, then don't sign up with this particular school....they will drop you and allow you to keep wasting your gas, time and other expenses pertaining to getting to class....if you don't check your email on a regular basis as this is their way of informing you, you will keep attending and the instructor Molly will keep teaching as if everything is all good. Try losing your mother, experiencing spousal abuse and vertually almost no money to get back and forth to class everyday while driving on an expired tag unable to afford to renew at the time and also being made to feel like every question you asked in class for clarity on the subject matter in class was answered in a way to make students feel humiliated. This is the type of learning inviornment you're subjected to not to mention the intentionally high level of freezing temperatures in the class room. I witnessed with my own eyes students being clearly and very frustrated with this instructor at the Peachtree City morning classes location. Her mannerisms are intimadating and very rude at times. I tried to get through my first enrollment with her and did but due to my personal dilimas I didn't make it thru passing my final exam but I didn't give up and then I "paid" and enrolled this time "again" and clearly I only tried to endure her again because I had to due to the Peachtree City location being close to me. Oh my story does get worst....I spoke to someone higher up and that person only made me feel worst by telling me that I had been through the course prior and this was my forth time doing so, I personally felt attacked and ridiculed for those "paid" past attempts. I had made it clear to everyone involved that I had recently lost my mother, was experiencing an abusive marriage separation/divorce and "depression" and hypertension. It didn't matter that I had did fairly well on my mid term in spite of all that I had/still going through. I scored a 100 on bereta and a 100 on law.... I received 12 out of 12 questions correct on that/those sections. I also scored a 92 in another section....overall I did well but I was made to feel like my efforts amounted up to nothing....and that I simply needed to take the 75 hrs all over again even tho I knew the material and just needed to continue to continue to study for my final in order to pass and then take my AMP test. In my personal life I was going thru it...but this pre-liscense course through Metro Brokers and specifically the "Peachtree City" location, the instructor Molly, has left a bad experience in my pursuit. For the record no matter how many times you move forward and try to accomplish your goals or dream, NO ONE should ever ! try to make you feel less than for trying and that person who added insult to injury know who they are at Metro Brokers, it was Cold blooded to remind a determined person of their failed attempts. Why was that necessary ?

I would not recommend this company at all; go with Keller Williams. We had a terrible experience. The week of closing, our agent told us that there was no concern that our house was not going to close. Turns out that the buyer had a loan that had a condition in it (going from training pay to regular pay) and two days before closing we got a call that he could not get financing. We did not know of this condition. Our regular agent was on vacation throughout this peak of this ordeal and we had to deal with her junior associate. We lost a great deal of money and time, not to mention the stress of this process. In the end, our agent ended up getting our house sold. Even though Better Homes & Gardens PTC had made money when we bought house (we used the same agent when purchasing our home), they greedily did not help us out when they should have on the sale of this home. They gave us a $500 credit off the $16K fee. Our agent was very good at her job, she has a very good demeanor, has a lot of competence and experience. However, the broker has a lot to be desired.
