Do NOT EVER do business with Yakira with Palmer House. MAJORLY unethical. Withheld a signed contract because they received another offer. She was also extremely negligent and deceptive with a square footage discrepancy. 1900 square feet listed, measured out at 1125! Either negligent, incompetent, or both. Will have my guard up entirely if I encounter an agent from Palmer House again.

I used agent Beth Scott and she was awesome! We were so lucky to find her when relocating to Atlanta. She was knowledgeable, responsive and totally in our corner. We never felt like she was selling... she would always give us the pros and cons and let us decide. What a blessing to have located such a professional and genuine agent. We'd recommend her to anyone looking in the Buckhead or Intown areas.

Tom Quirke. DO NOT have Tom Quirke as your realtor. He is stiff and impersonal and only concerned with himself and making a sale. He disregards the concern of others for his own needs.
