Never did inspections during my stay or my final one when I left. After I left I went by the home once a week to try and clean what I could on the outside due to kids dragging my trash all over the yard. Moved out with piles of termites and was told I wasn't getting my deposit back because there was too much cleaning that had to be done. Complete lie to my face being that I was the one be going by the house and cleaning what I could and you could see in the home that no one ever cleaned at all when I left. Termites that I had swept in a pile were still there even 3months after I moved. Kept calling and was told someone would get back to me but never did. Pretty sure they didn't pay someone all of my deposit to clean. On top of that I was stupid enough to replace the master bedroom carpet thinking I would at least get my partial deposit back. Mind you the house wasn't clean when I moved in. Rat poop in the kitchen drawers, dead flies in the windows, termites infesting the bathroom, and poorly painted over holes in the wall. Lesson learned: Take pictures before you move in!

Me and my wife used exit realty to buy our first home. They were fantastic, the whole way through. They constantly went above and beyond to help us buy our home. They also have a very knowledgeable staff, that made the whole process very pleasant. I also have dealt with the property management staff personally. They are some of the most hardworking, professional staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I’ve had personal experience with Exit Realty and the property management service over the past three years. I can honestly say that I have seen them routinely go above and beyond for the customers. Without a doubt, the effort given to customers/clients exceeds that of other similar services locally. I swear every time I go into the office I laugh more than normal. What a great team composition!
