We have had our sunroom (four season) for several years now. 
The quality can't be matched in what I've seen out there.
We have had occasion to call to have the doors adjusted and they've always responded within the week and sent someone out to Poplar Grove to adjust them. When we had them build the sun room we worked with a flooring company they recommended and are so glad we did! It is beautiful!  We had some hail damage and I had to call to get the color of the siding on the corner post that we may have replaced.  Tim returned my call while I was unavailable but he did leave a message and he called back again so yes I am very pleased with his response.

My opinion: quality was poor. After the sale they don't seem to care.  Warranty is terrible. Free replacement item but high delivery and installation fees!!!!! Can never get anybody on the phone. No one ever buys a second sunroom so no need to service a past Customer.
