Nick and his crew took good care of me on several jobs. They sealed several cracks in my basement, installed complete drain tile and some pump system, and leveled some cement slabs on my patio. Overall,he is great to work with and very professional.

My wife has an auto-immune disease and when it worsened, Dry Otter was recommended to us. Nick and Jonathan did a great job of clearing and lining our crawlspaces, and believe me, there were some tight places they had to get to. We had also bought a dehumidifier, and when I thought there was a problem, they were there to solve it years later. This probably sounds corny, but Dry Otter is one of the main reasons we are still able to be in our house.

Nick and his crew put in a very decent system along the perimeter of the basement wall for draining moisture from the foundation block. They used an interesting system to brace a wall that had sheared and secured the lower courses.

 One of my issues to solve involved getting the crawl space properly sealed up. It's "space age" under there now. They did a great job. Have had others working in the house express interest in the system. I'm very satisfied with it.

I had a great experience with Dry Otter concrete raising. I needed my sidewalk and driveway leveled out and my garage floor raised to level. Nick's communication was good throughout the process . He responded promptly to all of my questions. His crew was on time ,personable and professional when they did the job. The process itself was clean,effective and left very small holes,which are barely visible. All in all... a great experience for a fraction of the cost of concrete replacement.

We had our property drain tiled.  Nick was responsive and follows up on the job.  Workers were always there in timely manner, worked efficiently, answered any questions and cleaned up after themselves.  We have been assured that Dry Otter will stand by their work.  Couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
