My daughter and I were in here just yesterday and love.loVE.LOVE. the selection!   Everyone including the owner was very helpful and we received top notch customer service!  I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress from there!!

My fiancee and I have always had a great experience at Betty's. The owner and staff are very attentive and are receptive to the personal tastes and needs of their customers. Providing such a level of attention can be difficult when there are many customers in the store cramped with excellent selection, but the advice and suggestions make it worth the wait. Also, their couch is super comfy. :)

The staff and owner were very helpful in finding a swimsuit.  Also, we had my daughter
with us and they were ententertaining her, which allowed me to try on stuff with her in the fitting room. Had a very positice experience and look forward to shopping there again.

Describe my experience? Horrifying! The store has great products, but, the owner is a nightmare! She doesn't let you touch the stuff. She doesn't want you to try on if you are sweaty or have sunscreen on... Hello...you're on the boardwalk at the Jersey shore! She had me scream my size to her from across the store, asked me to pull up my shirt to see my stomach...what a crass, unprofessional way to run a business. And run is exactly what I did, directly out of that store, away from that horrible woman. You can order the same stuff on line for half the price and not have to endure the abominable customer service from this dive.
