Ian was the best service technician who has come out so far. Although the others had great personalities, Ian went over and above by calling us, personally assuring our appt times, and assuring parts delivery. We heard conflicting info from each tech but Ian was able to follow-through and back up what he said. I appreciate acknowledgement and being valued as a customer and Ian was able to display both. Keep up the excellent work Ian and continue to deliver legendary customer service.

Fidel was dispatched to my residence for an AC Tune-Up and went over and beyond in the service he provided. He answered all of my questions and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. He was very respectful, considerate and provided useful tutorials he didn't have to! Ultimately, he put me at ease very quickly that my AC care was in good hands. He displayed professionalism beyond his years and I would recommend his services to friends and family.

Ernesto M was a wonderful technician who maintained on furnace this year.  He did my A/C before and I'm glad he came back.  As with others, I recommend this tech but fault the company for its high prices to fix anything.

I'm in good hands with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing.
I just had my air conditioner serviced by Aldrin C. he's amazing
so very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the company to 
everyone from the customer service, to the technician. 5 Stars!!!

Fidel Valdez is a true professional very thorough in his work and in explaining  the condition and status of our A/C Equipment. Fidel did maintenance on our A/C System this morning , Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at our home. Fidel explained in detail and gave recommendations. He is polite and courteous. Thank you
