Shiatsu massage by JC was awesome. I’ve had various types of massages by various people; she is on top of my list, don’t let her small Korean size fool you, she is strong & uses her whole body to give you a great massage!

Go during the week when there is a discount & less people!

There is 1 small ice cold spring & a larger sized hot spring. I’ve been to outdoor Colorado springs with numerous springs of various temperatures & sizes; so this was small in comparison.

This is a great place to go especially in cooler weather. Mineral water pool is very comfortable with jets on one side and Garden at the end is dimly lit in conversation is discouraged so it is a good place to sit there and reflect and enjoy the water. There is a small sauna and a steam room as well and you can elect to have massages and other services Scrubs Etc. It particularly good deals to go in on the weekend and get a scrub and although it's more expensive of course and includes the entry price which would be $40 in the weekend so it makes it a good package book in advance though

Been here a few times now and will still go back. I love the hot spring and the massages are amazing. I always leave feeling like a brand new person. It’s a little run down as far as the broken sign in the hot spring room and the floors could probably be redone but if u bring flip flops u should be good to go. Celebrities are know to go. Personally I’ve seen a few without naming names. Overall it’s worth it. The prices are good too.

I visit the spa a little disappointed in the massage. The lady that did my treatment was very rough and did not do my whole body. It was not worth the 110dollars. I enjoyed the mineral hot spring water. When I called was told they took my gift card but when I went in for treatment they did not honor my gift card. The staff was nice not sure if I going to have there service again.

Very relaxing and clean. On the pricey side compared to its competitors but worth it.
