Recently we had what can only be described as a disaster situation in our basement. As first time homeowners, we didn't really have any idea how to handle it, more questions than answers really. When I called Lisa's  office, Patty was there for us, answering every question, getting in touch with our adjuster if she didn't have an answer and she did it every single time. I can not say enough about the excellent service she provided us during this crazy time. It was handled quickly, professionally and I believe that's the way most homeowners would want it handled. My wife and I highly recommend this office.
