One of the best days of this year came when Nancy Spencer and her office were unable to actually get me the paperwork to change my expired credit card. Their inability to assist me over my 17 years with them made it very easy to seek out different options. Little did i know, i was getting ripped off for YEARS. I got the exact same coverage for $150 cheaper a MONTH. Unreal.......So a special thanks to Nancy and her team for being incompetent and unable to send me an email with the form I had to fill out.

Lavana is amazing. I can't believe more people haven't reviewed Nancy Spencer's State Farm. They go way above and beyond for each and every situation and never cease to be helpful. Amazing customer service

Lazy, ignorant and disrespectful (only John abbo). Rest of the agents are good and respectful.

Sending multiple letters in order to "graze" new customers is not a good method. I would not suggest Nancy. Find a different insurance agent.
