The staff was so friendly! I was looking to buy a different brand when I walked in, but the staff was so forthcoming on letting me try a bike... that when I did I found MY true bike. Beyond bikes rules!

Great shop with a friendly professional staff! Beyond Bikes has the inventory and knowledge to help with all of your cycling needs, regardless of cycling style or experience.  I cannot recommend Beyond Bikes highly enough and would never go elsewhere for service and supplies!  Thank you for your consistently excellent and fairly priced service!

I needed a bike trailer hooked on my bike. These guys did it and did a great job. 
Back there this week for training wheels and was treated very well by the friendly staff.

I broke spokes on my rear wheel a couple of months ago. Here is the review of my repair with Beyond Bikes. They repaired the 3 broken spokes and for $20+ I was pleased and out the door ready to ride. Less than 20 miles later my wheel had 3 more broken spokes. Beyond Bikes assured me the new broken spokes were due to old spokes, not anything they could have anticipated. $20+ charge with no discount. I did not complain... Before I was able to mount the wheel, the tire was flat. I replaced the tube and rode less than 20 miles. More broken spokes. I returned and purchases a new wheel. $95+ no discount. After riding less than 15 miles today, another flat tire. When I asked Beyond Bikes if my tire and tube was "OK" , they indicated replacement was not necessary. They could not diagnose a problem with the original wheel, but charged every time. I purchased a new tire and tube from another vendor. I will never return to Beyond Bikes.
