I went here for the first time for a special occasion when my regular hair stylist was unavailable. I was totally impressed and loved everything about the place. I have been back for eye lash tinting and product purchases and highly recommend this salon and spa!

Was very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service here.   I recently moved here and had a cut, color and straightening.  I called to schedule another appointment and over the course of 3 weeks, the stylist had 0 availability for anytime of day or evening.   The person who I spoke with told me they would call me back the next morning after speaking to the stylist to see if some time could be worked out.   I did not hear back so I called.  I spoke with Julie the manager.  She said that there was no availability and my only option was to use another stylist, but that would cost more money.  I explained I did not want to spend more and asked if anything could be done to get an appointment at anytime.  Again, the answer was no.   Julie was not apologetic at all and clearly not helpful.  I asked if I could speak with a manager.  She told me she is.  I asked if I could speak with the owner.  She said no.  I asked when the owner would be in so I can speak with them.  She said she did not know.  I asked if she could have the owner call me.  She said no.   I then posed another question... from the straightening that had been done a week ago, a one square inch area in the middle of my forehead was still curly.   I asked if that could be fixed.  She said that she looked at my file and because I did not purchase two 22 dollar bottles of shampoo and conditioner from them that they would not fix my hair because they could not guarantee the results of the straightening.  I told them my hair was fine everywhere but this one short piece.    She said it didn't matter.  I was required to buy shampoo and conditioner for any warranty.   It is very unfortunate that Julie treated me this way.  I am sure she treats others the same... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.    I was with the salon in my previous state for over 10 years.  I would have been a loyal and happy customer here too if they only treated me with respect and with decent and reasonable customer service.  Do not go to this salon.  In my opinion they do not deserve your money.

I was on the hunt for a place I could do a quick shampoo, blow out, and simple style for my birthday night out. Nothing crazy, quick and simple. I called this salon an HOUR prior and asked if they were able to take walk ins for what I was wanting and the price. I gentleman that answered told me what the prices started at and they could increase depending on the stylist and told me what time I would need to be there to be seen. I rushed around and drove from Clearwater to St. Petersburg to get there in enough time to be told by the receptionist that “they were fully committed for the evening”. The entirely EMPTY salon was “fully committed”. No apology was offered, no suggestions, NOTHING other than a blank stare. I will NEVER return nor refer here. So disappointing

I only walked into the shop to buy some shamphoo and conditioner and must say that I have no idea of the quality of services offered. It was a very cold , unwelcoming, and disinterested greeting I received.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my first facial ever from Lesley. She asked me about my concerns about my skin, listened to what scents I prefer, and tailored the perfect facial just for me. I would say it was more relaxing than any massage I've ever had. My skin was absolutely glowing afterward and felt AMAZING. Thank you Lesley and Beyond! I would definitely recommend both.
