I agree with Jack Sprat who says and I quote, "Fraudelent practices to get you to sign up. They told me it was $20 a month, no contract and no annual fee. I called to cancel this month and they pulled a "Oh, with the contract you have there is an early termination fee of $50" Of course I stated that I had not signed any contract and was told there was no contract. Not sure what they are trying to scam". There was no contract at all that said anything when I signed up and they said I agreed to a yearly commitment fee and they want to charge me 60 dollars to terminate my account. They said that I agreed to this in the email they sent to me after I had already signed up and paid for my membership. I'm a college student and I'm currently spending 20 dollars a month for my membership yet they want to charge me 3 months worth more to cancel my membership. I can't afford that when I'm paying for everything else. I'm still working to resolve this issue and the people at Bfit are very kind hopefully we can fix this problem.

Great gym. Love all of the equipment and it is CLEAN! My only issue is that I was told I could fill up my water bottle for free when I signed up, but then I was charged. So that was misleading. It was 25 cents for, essentially, tap water. Not cool Bfit.

Fraudelent practices to get you to sign up. They told me it was $20 a month, no contract and no annual fee. Not sure what they are trying to scam, but I think they will be closed soon, as there is never anyone in there. I also reported them to the BBB
