Waited a very long time to get our food. The staff is always great and friendly, and I’ve never had an issue with them. The food is inconsistent and you can never order the same thing twice and expect to get it the same way every time. We order nachos every time as an app to share and it’s always either burnt, soggy, or the chicken is dry. Once in a blue moon it’ll be decent. Portions have gotten smaller and it seems that whoever is on the cook line doesn’t care. They company itself should really look into taking reservations. We went in for a birthday party and were told an hour and a half wait. Reservations would alleviate some of the anger host/hostesses get from hungry/impatient diners with large parties.

We like to come here occasionally for a family treat. Cheesecake Factory is usually a fun place to go for dinner. I don't know how they manage to do a pretty decent job of pulling off such a large and varied menu.

This location at Annapolis Mall has consistently provided a pleasant experience. Every time we have been the service has been good, even when they are very busy on a Saturday evening. The food is usually just as good as the service. Portions are very large, and they have such a huge variety of cuisines on the menu that everyone should find something they like. The restaurant is clean. We keep going back. And brunch now on both Saturday and Sunday is a must to try! I especially recommend the Chilaquiles or the Chicken and Waffles Benedict.

There was a wait of about 20 minutes but despite being very busy, the service was friendly and efficient. Not a fan of the veggie burger - way over priced and a small portion. Dessert was excellent and highly recommend. Meal and dessert for four was over $100. Save this place for dessert only or on rare, special, occasional dining.

Ate here for lunch with a friend. Our server, Alex B. was very pleasant & prompt.  The table and bathroom were clean. There was no wait on this Friday afternoon at 3pm.  The food is a bit pricey for lunch -- about $15 for each  sandwich entree, $3-and-change for a soda (with free refills) and $8 for a large slice of Lemoncello Cream Torte, which we shared -- both of  our meals were delicious. (We ordered California Steak sub and Chicken & Avocado Club).  We took home half of each entree to save for another meal, which makes the price for a $45 lunch-for-two more palatable. Would eat here again.

Always a large selection of good tasting food and the service is always fast! The tuna tataki salad is one of my favs... although I have many! I go there at least 3-4 times a week. 😋
