When I signed up for the 16 week challenge, I was lead to believe I would be working with a personal trainer. Why else would I join a gym 45 munutes from my house?When I spoke to Mark about this, and he said I could work out at the Gold's gym in Westport if the Kearney location was too far. And if that was still too far, he would cancel my membership. Again, no trainer. And again, why would I go downtown to a gym, when there are many gyms closer, if I wasn't getting something special? Remember? I was lead to believe I would be working out with a trainer. I tried numerous times to speak to Mark again about this. He avoided my calls and texts. I tried to reach him via calls and texts to his wife. No response. I called the gym. Could never get a call back. I drove the 45 minutes up there a few times to speak ro either Mark or the other owner. They were never there and despite leaving my name and number, no one called me back. Of course I didn't pay my dues, I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINER TO WORK OUT WITH, AND I DIDN'T. Now, apparently, I've been sent to collections, DESPITE Mark saying I could cancel my contract because I wasn't getting, from them, what I was told. This place is a rip off

The staff is great to work with. It doesn't feel like huge gym. Nice and small feel. Some days it's crowded, but not too bad.

This gym is seriously the best gym I've lifted at. Great people own this gym, and they really want what's best for their members. Enough free weights for the heavy lifting types, and then they have plenty of cardio equipment for those who like to stay lean and tone. The more people that join, the more gym equipment we will have!

The people here are great. They've made me feel at home from day one. Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need help with an exercise or questions the staff well happily help you. Without it feeling like your bothering them. They have great equipment dont have to wait on anything. I weighed over 500 when i started they made feel like they were their to help me. UnLike alot of places where they ignore you. Theyve offered a lot of very helpful advice without me asking. You wont feel intimidated here everyone is so very friendly here. I would recommend BGT Sports Performance and Gym to anyone looking for home to workout at.

New ownership, new billing software. ABC Financial is who I had to call over a billing dispute. Rude Rude Rude. Looked up ABC on the internet to find out that they are a horrible company to have to deal with.
