i love the Bhava Yoga studio. It's a welcome respite in this hectic world we live in. The class schedule is so varied that there can be no excuses since there's always an available option. I really like the sunrise 6:15 am class on Tuesday and Thursday because my day is ALWAYS better when it starts with yoga. But all the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable which has helped me stick to my practice. And, it's not just for locals, If you are traveling through Brattleboro, this is the place to go to get your Fix of Yoga!

Bhava is the best place for yoga in Brattleboro! Whether you are local or just passing through, their friendly and well trained teachers are sure to offer a class that just right for you. My favorite is the Sunrise offering on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:15am. It's exactly what I need to help me shape the coming day. Overall, the teachers are welcoming to students at all levels and strive to help us students learn to take our practice off our mats as well. There are many community offerings like Kirtan and workshops on a regular basis. Convenient class offerings, reasonable prices and great teachers make this my Yoga studio.

Good classes and sequences, could do better on the non-physical aspects of yoga.  I know of some pretty obvious infractions of the basic yoga precepts in ways most normal people wouldn't miss that  never got owned up to.

Loved Peter's class. I was just passing through and dropped in. Peter offered a lively practice with  lots of variety and encouragement and  adjustments to my great pleasure!

Love the flow and vinyasa classes. The classes are sequenced beautifully, affordable and some are even 2hours long!! They offer early morning classes for those of us who have to get to work and definitely check out the once a month rrestorative class🙏
