I go for the cardio and I am really happy with the level of activity.  Everyone is real chill there and you can go at your own pace.  The instructor is really attentive and if you want to learn about Muay Thai, he has a lot of information and will teach you different techniques and the correct form, as to not injure yourself.  I like that there are often other women there and sometimes kids.  
There are people there who know a lot about nutrition and fitness.  I feel more fit and have lost a few pounds since starting a month ago.  I would recommend this place if you are interested in learning Muay Thai and getting ready for a fight or just getting in shape.  Cheaper than the gym and a more personalized experience.

Dropped in to this gym on a whim three years ago. I've been going ever since. Great spot. Great people. Great fun.

If you are interested in learning Muay Thai in a fantastic gym, this is your place. Super friendly atmosphere, top-of-the-line equipment, and an excellent trainer who has dedicated his life to Muay Thai. If you are  even considering it be sure to drop in for a free trial - it's super fun!
