I cannot say enough about how great the owner and staff are. They are knowledgeable and helpful and consistently provide excellent service. My family has purchased two bikes here and we couldn't be happier with the ongoing service.

I bought my family-friendly bike from Bicycle Belle almost 2 years ago. In retrospect, I should have bought something a bit more rugged -- as I ride fairly hard, with a heavy load of kids + gear, and I ride through the winter in all weather. If there is a weak component, my riding exposes it! When some warranty issues came up, the crew at the store was always willing to replace the component, or offer an upgraded component at a small price difference. They stand by their products, their repair work, and offer very trustworthy advice. This store is the "Trader Joe's" of family cycling. They focus on their core offering, offer a limited (but trusted) selection of good-value components and accessories and they get to know their customers. An absolute asset to Boston Area family bicyclists.
