Paying with cash in philly is a real hassle. You have to have the exact amount since they refuse to make change, and buying a ticket online makes them act like you're a jerk.. The time table is really lacking in consistency.

I rode on the beiber bus from New York to Reading on 5/11/17 and I didn't enjoy the ride one bit. As soon as I entered the bus I could smell the stinking stench from the restroom all the way to my destination. Also the bus was so cold, I was freezing and on top of that, it was very late coming into NY. I regret buying my ticket and taking this bus. They need to clean the restrooms.

Am currently waiting for this god-awful bus. It's super cheap, and there is a reason it's so cheap. How don't they know how many tickets they sold? Why do they seem so consistently baffled by their number of customers? These are the things I shall ponder why my fingers go numb in the Arctic wilderness.

I rode on Bieber from Philly to Reading and from Reading to the Port Authority. Excellent ride and wonderful bus drivers.

I have to agree with many of the comments. I just waited a half hour in the cold, since there is no shelter at the Hellertown stop. When the bus finally arrived, we were told that it's completely full and another bus will be coming in an hour or so. Really? Tho there was a time when Bieber was excellent, it has deteriorated. This is unacceptable and the bus company does not deserve to be in business or, at least, they should charge discounted fares. It is sad to see a once fine company sink to such a low. In order to have this posted, I had to give one star, but I actually believe it deserves none. Awful
