Bus was 3 hrs late picking up my daughter in Buffalo.  I'm sure the driver has a cell phone, is megabus saying in today's day and age there is no way to communicate with its riders as to the status of their trip.  What's the limit for waiting 10, 12, 20 hrs??  Other than the price like the one reviewer said there is no quality, very bad.  I'd consider walking next time.

Today there was -11°C and we had to wait for ONE HOUR in Freezing temperatures for the bus to come. Megabus plays with the customers, the lie to us. I'm deeply dissapointed. Plus the wifi on board is a LIE.

MEGA BUS Rocks!!! Booked bus to dc 6:45am from philly, and waited for the bus more than the entire trip duration, actually still waiting!!! Kudos to megabus.. [Update] Bus came at 8:35am, enjoyed the trip except megabus onward and return trip as pick up was delayed.
