I've been a member of Biff's since they opened. 
Jamie and the rest of the crew have always treated me (and everyone I drag in with me to work out) like part of their family. 
Clean facility, well maintained and always growing and improving. 
I have been to other gyms with friends only to bring them back to my home at Biff's.

This Gym is awesome! Very friendly environment. they have day care, HIIT, yoga, spin and other classes.  good cardio area and a pretty good weight area.

24/7 gym with a great staff! They offer several classes along with all the normal stuff like free weights, machines and cardio equipment.

Love all the classes and personal trainers plus their equipment is great. Like many gyms, it could use a little extra cleaning. But over all best gym in the area for the price!

I love this gym!  The employees rock!  I can always count on and trust the ladies in the daycare, they are the nicest.  The owner is very personable and will sit and talk with you if you get a chance.  I also go to Biff's CrossFit and it is especially awesome.  I highly recommend it.  The trainers are outstanding and the people that go there are the best group of people you could hope to work out with.  This skinny dude(me) has gained 7lbs of muscle in just 1 month of training with them.
