This is an outstanding gym, great coaches and very supportive environment. I don't live in OKC and have worked out here several times as a guest. Great experience!

I'm any older man, so to workout with the younger  participants was a  different  experience for me.  I was a little  nervous.  I will have to say it's been great.   Everyone has been very  encouraging and  supportive. The energy with the group is great.  I would  recommend this boot camp to everyone.  From the  athlete who trains all the time, to the person who is just trying to get  healthy.   If you do the boot camp you will learn a lot about yourself with a great group people. Stronger together.

Where do I even start....I need more stars!!! If you want to do Crossfit the right way and learn how to do movements correctly this is the place for you. Don't have a buddy to workout with? We will be your buddy. You will have tons of new friends that will support you. We are all shapes, sizes, and ages.  Friendliest gym around. I win with the whole package ;)

Crossfit Complete West is an amazing operation. First they have amazing coaches, second the owners run a tight ship. The gym is always clean/sanitary, and the coaches are early to classes. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, observant, and tailor advice to your specific needs. Great family gym, friendly members, and amazing community. Aside from all that they will get you into shape!
