The manager went above and beyond when the display item was the last one and was more than fair about making it right for us. Overall, the store is great!

The rudest man works here! His name is Bill. I come in all the time and buy sturdy hiking socks for my job (usually with no problem). I bought some hiking socks here the other day (they were on sale near the register area) and one of the pairs was too big for my feet. I brought it back in to exchange it for another smaller sized pair. I go up to the counter and let the girl running the register know I had a return. She gets what I assume was the supervisor (Bill) and tells him I have a return. While she does this I'm looking at the socks on sale to find another pair to exchange. Bill comes up and says in the rudest, snarkiest voice imaginable "ARE YOU READY YET, I GUESS NOT" and turns his back to me. At this point I'm flustered and confused as to why he is being rude to me. I said I was ready and that I decided to only do a return (I'm not sticking around and giving them more money at that point). He could tell I was disgruntled at that point. He sighs and keys in a code on the girl's cash register. By the way, she seemed super awkward about the whole situation but didn't say anything. I won't be returning to this store.

Not a great selection above shoe size 13 but if your a size 14 or 15 they do have some.
